It's typically required by enterprise IT security policies. Most small and mid-sized teams won't need it - standard email + password login works great.
Yes. Uniformly uses strict row-level security in the database - every query is scoped to your organization and property. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and no other customer can ever see your data.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time through the Stripe billing portal inside Settings - no notice period required. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days.
